We all have those products that have seen better days or ones that we reach for by default even though we have plenty of other options.
When it comes to base, I'm quite the creature of habit. If I find something that works, I just keep reaching for the same handful of products. Aside from the occasional appearance of the BeautyBlender, I always reach for the Real Techniques Buffing Brush. I use it almost every single time I apply foundation, whether it's liquid or powder. If I'm being honest, I should get it replaced as it's not doing as good of a job as it use to.
For a perfect base, I always conceal with the MAC Studio Finish Concealer. It took me well over a year to hit pan on this product even through everyday use as a little goes a very long way with this full coverage creamy concealer. To complete any base, I always reach for the MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation. On its own it can be built up to a full coverage base but on a big fluffy powder brush, it's perfect for mattifying and setting liquid foundations.
No matter what I wear on the eyes or lips, I know I can't go wrong with the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Exposed. I've used it so much that the embossed design is now gone. As a blush fanatic with plenty of blushes to choose from, it's quite impressive that I've managed to make such a dent in a single blush.
The one thing my bedside table is incomplete without is the Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm. I use it every single night without fail to repair and nourish my lips. I can't imagine not having a tub of this in my collection. Working from the middle out, I imagine I'll be hitting the bottom soon after a year of continuous use.
