From press samples to personal purchases, I have welcomed plenty of lovely new products to my collection. Many I am incredibly excited about, but I will just touch on the ones I have put out to try so far. I'm certain I will be mentioning everything over time.

I sadly landed a dud with the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Eyeshadow Palette and before people start sending me nasty comments on being unhappy with it, just read the review I wrote. On the 16th I popped into my local Sephora to swap it in for the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette which many people have raved about. While I'm not a big fan of shimmery face products I figured I'd add this to my collection for the sake of reviewing it, and also balancing out my otherwise mostly matte face products collection. So far, I do think the quality of this is fantastic and definitely one to get if you're looking for more blush colours and two very beautiful highlights that can also work in the inner corners of the eyes.

Before I move on to skincare, I finally received my Urban Outfitters order from two weeks ago. The primary reason for my order was to get some home goods, but since I had a coupon code I decided to sneak in two Sigma Beauty products. The first is the Sigma Beauty F80 Flat Top Kabuki Brush, a much needed addition after I got rid of my other foundation brushes that had seen better days. I also got the Sigma Beauty Sigma Spa Express Brush Cleansing Mat just to see if it's really worth the hype. I'm really interested in trying more brushes by Sigma Beauty as everything I have tried so far has been excellent, so if you have any recommendations please let me know! In the mean time, you can also get 10% off your Sigma Beauty order by using the code SIGMA2016.

I am very lucky that I won't have to buy skincare products for a long time now because I received some exciting packages from skincare brands over the past week. I had been looking for a cruelty-free cleansing balm to replace my much loved Clinique one, and REN sent over the REN Rosa Centifolia No. 1 Purity Cleansing Balm*. I can't wait to give it a try after I'm done with my current balm cleansers. I also received the Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser* which I have heard a lot about, so I'm looking forward to giving this one a go too.

Lastly I picked up the Ouai Hair Oil which is, again, a very hyped up product. I have been hearing so much about Ouai over the past couple months so I ended up picking up this gem. It has been sitting in my bathroom cabinet for some time now, but I'm sure I'll get to it soon after I use up a sample size of another hair oil.

What are some of the things you're trying or are trying soon that you are excited about?
