NARS Sin, NARS Impassioned, NARS Luster

There was a point in my life, about two years ago now, where almost all the blushes I owned were by NARS. As mentioned in my Sephora VIB Sale Haul last week, that has changed significantly as I passed along the shades I just didn't wear enough to justify keeping and were left with just two staples until ten days ago. Though small, I figured I'd shade my NARS blush collection as the new NARS blush addition has really sparked my love for them again.

My very first high end blush was the NARS Blush in Luster. I first saw it on Estée and basically fell in love. It is a gorgeous apricot with golden shimmers running through it that gave the most beautiful golden glow to the complexion. I wore this every day for months and honestly I'm surprised I never hit pan on it. I haven't worn this in a long time now as I don't even know if it is still safe to wear. It has been in my collection for just over 3 years now! It is beautiful though, and brings back so many good memories that I can't bear to part with it.

Every autumn and winter I bust out the shade Sin. It is that berry-toned shade with golden shimmers that pairs with any mauve or berry-toned lip. It looks dark and quite purple in the pan, but applied it just gives the most gorgeous flush that gives off a cooler-months vibe. It's headed back into storage for now, but it'll make an appearance again in about six months.

Switching Sin out, it's time to switch Impassioned in. Impassioned is new to the crew as a matte pink rosy pink. I haven't owned a matte NARS blush in a long time so I was very excited to try this out. This is the perfect spring and summer shade as it just gives the most healthy, natural looking flush to the cheeks. I am quite certain this will become a new favourite.

Do you own any NARS blushes? Which are some of your favourites and recommendations? Faith, if you are reading this I want you to know that I am requesting a NARS blush collection post!
