There is something I find fun about doing tags. Last week I tackled The Beauty Lover Tag and thought, "maybe I should create my own tag". Well, here it is. The AM & PM Routine Tag, because I'm nosy and I always like to know what people do to kick start their mornings and wind down for the evenings. 

1. What is your morning beauty routine?
I like to keep it simple with just 3 steps. I cleanse with the Origins Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash*, tone with the LUSH Tea Tree Water, and moisturize with the Aesop Oil Free Facial Hydrating Serum. They're all just such refreshing products that gently wake up my skin for the day.

2. What's for breakfast?
Usually giant bowl of oatmeal cooked with milk and topped with fruits, and a banana on the side. Recently I have been loving a simple apple and cinnamon topping, but I can't wait for the summer when I get to top with berries! 

3. Coffee or tea?
Straight black tea. I'm currently reaching for the Silk Road Imperial Earl Grey for that kick of caffeine and extra Vitamin A.

4. How long does it take to get out the door?
Anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Multitasking is key, and planning outfits the night before really helps.

5. What is your go-to makeup look on a fuss-free morning?
Some sort of foundation (currently Make Up For Ever Ultra HD*, sometimes Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush), blush on the cheeks, Burberry Eye Colour in Pale Barley across the lids, and a good two coats of mascara on the top and bottom lashes. If I have time, I'll fill my crazy brows in too.

6. What is your evening beauty routine?
Always removing makeup with trusty Bioderma Sensibio H2O and Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm first. I'll second cleanse with the Pixi Beauty Glow Mud Cleanser*, tone again with the LUSH Tea Tree Water, and moisturize with the Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil

7. Snack time! What's in the bowl?
Usually a mix of fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, and mangoes. Sometimes I'll treat myself to a square of dark chocolate as well.

8. How do you wind down and prep for bed?
I like to do some stretches and lay on my Spoonk Accupressure Massage Mat. I find it to be super relaxing and much needed as I spend most of my day sitting by the computer. I also make sure I turn off all notifications on my phone so avoid distractions throughout the night.

9. Cozy up! What are you wearing to sleep?
Some soft tee, thin sweat pants, and in the winter I'll throw on some fuzzy socks too. There is nothing glamorous about my sleepwear, though I would love to treat myself to a PJ set from Victoria's Secret some time. 

10. What are some things you must do before hitting the hay?
Set multiple alarms, apply lip balm, and apply hand cream. In that order. As usual, I'm using the Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm on the lips. On the hands I'm using the Pacifica Tunisian Jasmine and Lime Super Hydrating Hand Cream which has been effective but I think I would prefer a different scent.
