Snacking just happens when watching Netflix on the couch after a long day at work. The best ones are the tasty and healthy options. Here are some that have recently landed on my coffee table.

Whilst surfing the Whole Foods aisles for new funky snacks, I came across the Lesser Evil Buddha Bowl in the Himalayan Pink flavour. It is a popcorn popped in coconut oil and seasoned with Himalayan pink salt. It is tasty and certainly healthier than the traditional salted and buttered popcorn.

Another thing I've been loving is guacamole. I've really fallen in love with avocados more than ever lately as they full of healthy fats and nutrition, and can be eaten in so many different ways. Guac is just one of the ways I like my avocado. Occasionally I make my own but sometimes I just pick some up from the store on my way home to eat with whatever tortilla chips I have at home. 

For a drink, I like making my own smoothies but I've also been liking the ones by Happy Planet. From smoothies to juices, I've been trying different ones almost every time just to switch things up. Today I have the blackberry, boysenberry, and blackcurrant fruit smoothie which I can't wait to crack open and try.
