The Clinique Chubby Stick for Eyes in Lots o' Latte is the most impressive product I have added to my collection recently. As mentioned in my Creamy Shadows post, I have oily eyelids and often require what I call the "sandwich technique" to keep cream shadows in place and crease free all day. With the Clinique Chubby Stick for Eyes, I don't need a primer or a powder shadow to keep it together; just a quick swipe across the lids and a blend along the edges using the Real Techniques Domed Shadow Brush is all I need.

My drier-than-usual hair has been loving the Ojon Revitalizing Mist every day after I wash my hair. I tend to wash it at night, let it air dry until it's barely damp, and then spray this product in. I quickly brush it through, pop my hair into a loose braid and by the morning I have nourished hair that has a gentle wave to it.

On the skincare front, the Antipodes Avocado and Pear Nourishing Night Cream has been working wonders on my dry skin. It just gives my skin the kick of moisture it needs from this awfully dry air we have in Canada. Of course, on the lips I have to use the Nuxe Reve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm because what else is there to save my dehydrated lips? The two products work beautifully to keep me nourished throughout the night so I can be comfortable and look healthy during the day.

How beautiful is the OPI Frog In My Throat by the way? There's barely any way to describe this shade which is why I absolutely love it. I can't get enough of it and it just looks so good with my monochromatic outfits.

What were your February favourites?

  1. I recently got the domed shadow brush and it does work really well for cream shadow! I need to check out some Antipodes skincare since I hear so much about them, and hopefully my next lip balm purchase will be the Nuxe, I hear practically everyone singing its praises!

  9. I have the Nuxe and an Antipodes cream also in my monthly favourites - albeit the day cream not the night one. But I agree both are really nourishing and help with hydration :)

  12. It definitely is! I love how easy it is to wash too! I sometimes find cream shadows to be a little more challenging to wash out but with the Real Techniques brush, it's not a problem at all.

  14. Absolutely! It's so light and works great as a detangler so it's even good for second day hair. Definitely worth a go!

  17. That nail polish is AMAZING?????? I've heard a lot of these duo chrome polishes but I've yet to own one, I think I might need to rectify that soon. I have naturally wavy hair so I doubt the Ojon mist would do anything on me, but the way you describe it makes me crave for straight hair :P x
